§ Management of daily activity onsite including
construction, cut over and integration
§ Oversee site development starting from site surveys
through issuance of NTP and to site acceptance with operations
§ Review site CD’s, RFDS, BOM, port matrix and other
documentation making sure that site is completed per documents
§ Confirm RF Deliverables and make sure that it was
implemented onsite, coordinate troubleshooting and optimization with RF on
field.
§ Responsible for the daily and weekly meetings and
conference to cover quality, process, progress of sites assigned
§ Evaluate field staff and quality of work by GC on
specific site assigned
§ Construction management for installation of new cell
sites, modification of existing sites, small cells and in building DAS
sites.
§ Oversee projects ensuring that all projects are
completed on schedule and that standards of quality are met.
§ Manage progress database used for project status,
execution and reporting, and monitor progress of the work for the assigned
cell site.
§ Identify issues and concerns on the pre and on
construction and recommend solutions and improvements in the process

§ Installation, commissioning and integration of
Ericsson LTE, UMTS and GSM
§ Installation, commissioning and integration of Nokia
LTE, UMTS and GSM
§ Installation, commissioning and integration of
routers such as ALU 7705 SR8 and Tellabs 8605 SIAD
§ Knowledge in LTE KPI Analysis
§ Knowledge in RFDS creation
§ Knowledge in RF Design
§ Knowledge in Actix
§ Operation, maintenance and performance monitoring of
Core Network
§ Involved in ETTS roll out
§ Software & Hardware upgrade and deployment of
Core Network
§ Perform network performance improvement (KPI’s) and
optimization task
§ Provide design recommendations for overlay networks,
converted networks and solutions for issues on design.
